Director of Surveying
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Surveying to lead and grow our surveying services across the group. This role will focus on technical excellence, client relationships, and the development of our businesses.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop surveying services across all businesses
- Maintain and grow key client relationships
- Ensure technical excellence and compliance across projects
- Mentor and support the professional development of surveyors
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the group
Director of Operations
The Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving efficiency, performance, and operational excellence across Watt Holdings Limited.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee operational performance across all group businesses
- Implement and refine processes to support sustainable growth
- Support project delivery teams to ensure quality and efficiency
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with directors to support strategic objectives
Building Surveyor
We are looking for a motivated Building Surveyor to support a wide range of projects across the group’s consultancy services.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
- Prepare reports, specifications, and recommendations
- Support project delivery and contract administration
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will support the smooth day-to-day running of the group, ensuring processes, resources, and teams are aligned to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate operational activities across businesses
- Support project planning and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows
- Assist with performance monitoring and reporting

Office Executive
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Executive to provide essential administrative and operational support across the group.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to directors and project teams
- Coordinate meetings, communications, and documentation
- Maintain office systems and records
- Support client onboarding and correspondence
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
