Post-Grenfell, façade compliance has become one of the most important aspects of property management. WHL Projects replaces combustible cladding materials with compliant, non-combustible systems and installs certified cavity barriers and fire-stopping components.

We liaise directly with manufacturers and building-control officers to confirm system approvals and performance ratings. All works are fully documented for future audits and building safety records.

Materials and finishes

We work with a wide range of cladding and façade systems including aluminium cassette, high-pressure laminate (HPL), brick-slip, insulated render and composite panels. Repairs are matched to the existing façade where aesthetics are important, or fully replaced with improved systems offering greater durability and performance.

Protective coatings and cleaning regimes are available for brick, stone, render and metal façades to maintain appearance and prevent further degradation.

Access, safety and environment

Façade repairs are frequently undertaken at height and in live environments. We provide full scaffolding design, mast-climber access or MEWP solutions based on site constraints. All operatives are trained for working at height, façade fixing, and safe handling of cladding materials.

Noise, dust and waste are controlled through our environmental management system, and materials are recycled wherever possible.

Technical assurance and quality

All façade and cladding works are managed by experienced supervisors with technical support from WHL Surveying & Engineering. Their oversight ensures correct detailing, fixing integrity and weatherproof performance. We coordinate manufacturer inspections where required to maintain warranty validity.
