We take on both standalone structural packages and works as part of wider refurbishments or extensions. Every project begins with a detailed survey and coordinated drawings, ensuring that designs, temporary supports and installation sequences are fully understood before work begins.

Engineering-led delivery

Our engineers work closely with architects and structural designers to translate drawings into safe, buildable solutions. All steelwork is accurately measured, fabricated and installed to the correct bearing details. We handle padstones, bolts, plates and fixings in line with design intent, and coordinate with Building Control to ensure compliance and certification.

Our sister company, WHL Surveying & Engineering, provides independent technical verification and structural oversight, giving clients the confidence that every alteration is executed exactly as designed.

Safety and site control

Structural works are intrusive by nature, often carried out within occupied or partially occupied homes. We isolate work zones, provide full protection to finishes, and maintain temporary access and ventilation so residents can remain in place where possible.

All operatives are trained in safe manual handling, lifting and temporary works awareness. We plan every stage of propping, sequencing and demolition to maintain structural stability at all times.

Finishing and reinstatement

Once the structural phase is complete, our teams reinstate finishes to a high standard — plastering, joinery, ceilings and flooring — ensuring a seamless handover for decorators or follow-on trades. We coordinate services, fire stopping and insulation details so that the finished structure performs as well as it looks.
