Rico’s ability to bridge the gap between real estate insights and marketing strategy positions him to deliver impactful results.
Contracts Manager
Chris Greasley
Chris is an experienced Contracts Manager with over 7 years in the construction and property sectors, specialising in contract administration and managing office fit-outs and public sector projects. With a background in Building Surveying, he ensures each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Throughout his career, Chris has successfully overseen a variety of office refurbishments and public sector refurbishments, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet project goals. His attention to detail and commitment to quality have made him a trusted figure in delivering projects that align with clients' needs and expectations.

At WHL, Chris leverages his expertise in contract administration and project management to support seamless project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and spending time dog walking.
