Rico brings extensive experience in marketing and business development, underpinned by a background as a chartered surveyor at JLL, one of the world’s leading real estate firms. He leverages this expertise to develop strategic marketing initiatives and content that resonate with the commercial real estate sector.

His unique combination of technical surveying knowledge and marketing acumen enables him to create data-driven campaigns, increase brand awareness, and identify opportunities for business growth. Rico’s ability to bridge the gap between real estate insights and marketing strategy positions him to deliver impactful results.

Chris is an experienced Contracts Manager with over 7 years in the construction and property sectors, specialising in contract administration and managing office fit-outs and public sector projects. With a background in Building Surveying, he ensures each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Throughout his career, Chris has successfully overseen a variety of office refurbishments and public sector refurbishments, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders to ensure compliance and meet project goals. His attention to detail and commitment to quality have made him a trusted figure in delivering projects that align with clients' needs and expectations.

At WHL, Chris leverages his expertise in contract administration and project management to support seamless project execution. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through sports and spending time dog walking.
